Art Journaling can be an important tool for self discovery and experimentation. The journal becomes a sacred place to manifest your thoughts, images, and ideas in a physical form. Then these ideas can be returned to later for further exploration. Participants will also learn a simple bookmaking technique and create their own personal journals.
Light refreshments will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own "special" beverages.
